I, the parent listed above, acknowledge that I am registering the registrant listed above to participate in the TBHMUN High School Travel Team or the TBHMUN Middle School Competitive Team, as indicated in my previous responses, for the 2024-2025 academic year. I understand that by registering for this program, I am committing myself and my student for the full year of participation in the team's activities and payment of all fees listed. I further understand that registration is FINAL and that I am responsible for paying all fees listed regardless of whether the above-listed student participates in all activities inherent in team membership. I undersand that no refunds or credits of any kind will be provided for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, absence from team meetings, failure to attend committees or conferences, and withdrawal from the team. I further understand that should the above-listed registrant withdraw from the team on or before September 30th, the deposit of $300 will not be refunded and should the registrant withdraw from the team on or after October 1st, the full payment of $1,300 will not be refunded. *

Payment Preference *

Please indicate how you would like to make your payments. In-person payments can only be made at official TBHMUN meetings. Mailed payments must be postmarked and dated on or before the above-listed payment due dates. PayPal and Credit Card payments will have a 5% fee added to the total amount due to cover payment transaction fees. Regardless of your choice, an invoice will be sent to your email listed above.
