April 2, 2035 : Threat of Labor Union Formation

The labor movement has consolidated to the point that it is believed that a labor union will be formed in the near future, despite Americorp’s clear policies against collective action.

This movement represents a significant threat, as the possibility of mass labor strikes would put the board in a position where it might have to choose amongst mass firings, mass imprisonments, or giving in to the formation and function of unions, which would represent a force antithetical to Americorp’s ideals.

It will be up to the board to respond to this grave threat in a timely and effective manner, before the worst comes to pass.
